We are committed to delivering the best experience possible, and we want to be transparent with you regarding our refund, cancellation, and subscription policies.
Refund Policy
At MindNote, we strive to provide high-quality, reliable service. As a result, we rarely offer refunds due to the nature of our digital product. Once a subscription is purchased, we do not typically provide a refund. However, we understand that there are exceptional circumstances, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team at hello@mindnote.online. Provide your subscription details and a brief explanation of your situation, and we will review your request.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your MindNote subscription at any time directly from within the app or by contacting us.
- Cancellation Terms: If you cancel, you will have access to MindNote's premium features until the end of the current billing cycle, plus 1 additional month.
For example, if your billing cycle ends on the 15th of the month and you cancel on the 10th, you will continue to enjoy premium features until the 15th of the current month, plus an additional month, ending on the 15th of the following month.
How to Pause or Cancel Your Subscription
- Pause Subscription: Email hello@mindnote.online and we'll assist you in pausing your subscription.
- Cancel Subscription: Cancel directly within the app or email us with your request.
